  • We have lowered the volume of clients coming onto the premises

  • Masks are required by both staff and clients

Pre-Appoinment Screening

Please answer the following questions:

1. Have you been practicing safe social distancing?
2. Have you traveled out of state in the last two weeks?
3. Have you had known exposure to COVID in the last 14 days?

If YES to # 2 & 3, did you take a COVID Test & Test negative?

If you have answered YES to # 2 & 3 and have not been tested or received a positive result please reschedule your appointment so we can insure the health and safety of our staff and other clients.

When you arrive for your appointment please text your therapist before entering the building. Your therapist will respond to let you know when they are ready for you to come in. We require a mask and ask that you wash your hands at check-in.
