CANCELLATION AND
MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY

Our goal is to provide quality individualized care in a timely manner. "NO-SHOWS" and late cancellations inconvenience those individuals who need access to care in a timely manner. We would like to remind you of Move's policy regarding missed appointments. This policy enables Move's Certified Massage Therapist to better utilize available appointments for all clients.

Scheduled Appointments

We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.

Cancellation of an Appointment

In order to be respectful of the needs of other clients, please be courteous and call Move Medical Massage promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in need of treatment. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, Move Medical requires that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another client the possibility to have access to timely care. If an appointment is not canceled with at least 24 hours notice you will be charged in-full for that booked period of time. Extenuating circumstances are of course taken into consideration when enforcing this policy.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

To cancel or reschedule appointments, please call 434-260-2727. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please leave your name and phone number. We will return your call and give you the next available appointment time. Late Cancellations: A late cancellation is considered to be when a client fails to cancel their scheduled appointment with at least a 24 hour advance notice.
